Kesha Nuss
RN / Case Manager
Kesha Nuss graduated from Hillsborough Community College with her RN in May 2014 and her LPN in March 2011 from Pinellas Technical Education Center in Clearwater, FL. She has extensive clinical nursing background in LTACH, Medical Surgical/Orthopedic, SNF/ Rehab, as well as most recently home health care. Prior to coming to PrimeCare LLC, she was an RN Case Manager for a local home health company in New Port Richey, FL. She was responsible for direct patient care and teaching of the families in order to ensure successful patient outcomes. In addition, she coordinated interdisciplinary referrals for her territory in order to facilitate holistic care as well as participated in Case Conference weekly in order to ensure compliance with the patient's care plan.
Kesha is looking forward to the growth opportunity into the Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management areas. She is excited to be working with the Primecare LLC team.
